24 hours TELESERVICE Remote Control System

TELESERVICE, our unique and highly advanced service tool, is used for remote monitoring and diagnosis purposes. This system is connected to the elevator control system and is linked directly to our National Call Center via Modem. Any deviation from regular operation will trigger self-recovery attempts, which allows us to proactively address problems prior to a breakdown occurring.

The 24 hour monitoring system has minimum downtime. It complies with technical protocols to assist service team. Moreover, it can function as a speech connection between elevator cab and National Call Center in case of emergency.

National Call Center (NCC)

Specialists at NCC are on hand 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to offer full customer support.

By using our toll-free phone number, we can take care of all kinds of problems associated with the performance of your installation. All calls are electronically recorded and stored for quality proposes and are accessible through our intranet.

Our technicians are in regular contact with the NCC, so we can instantly allocate any breakdown request to the nearest available technician.
